In its continuing effort to go "green,"
Grandfather Mountain's restaurant has switched to
biodegradable plates, cups, utensils and take-out
containers. The supplies are produced from naturally
grown resources such as corn, rice or wheat and will
break down completely in a compost pile or totally

built along the boundaries of our public lands is
increasing the pressure on the US Forest Service to
